DIRECTOR OF CLAIMS FOR MAGNOLIA

Steve joined Magnolia in 2016. Steve oversees the TPA functions for the CCRRG program as well as two over LTC RRG’s. In Steve’s role as Director of Claims he oversees or participates in all mediations , trials and/or arbitrations. Steve came to Magnolia with a wealth of experience in Claims Management for Hospitals and Physician Groups. In addition, Steve worked for a short while as a consultant for a Plaintiff Attorney firm evaluating claims against physicians and hospitals, a unique background for the future Director of Claims for Magnolia. Steve reports to the CCRRG BOD of Directors on claims settlement and works with Program reinsurers on Claims Audits.

Steve has been overseen Claims that progressed to Trials on three occasions, where CCRRG prevailed in securing a “ Defense Verdict” . Steve reports directly to the President of Magnolia and is part of the Management team at Magnolia.
